Welcome to Otherly, a creative universe for apparel, accessories, and artifacts from alternate timelines. When you shop with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms—read ‘em like your fate depends on it.


1. Orders

We make things in small batches or on-demand. Once you hit “buy,” your order is processed by our production partner and sent to be fulfilled. That means:

  • We can’t cancel or change your order once it’s in production.

  • Orders are usually shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on the product.


2. Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed

  • You contact us first at [insert contact]

Exceptions include:

  • Final sale items

  • Custom/limited edition drops

  • Digital goods (if applicable)

If the issue was our fault (wrong item, misprint, etc.), we’ll fix it—no questions.


3. Shipping

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers globally. Delivery estimates vary by region. You’ll get tracking info once your order is on the move.

Please double-check your address—we aren’t responsible for items lost due to typos or incorrect info.


4. Intellectual Property

Everything we make—artwork, characters, product names, lore—is part of the Otherly universe.
You may not reuse, reprint, or resell our content without permission.
If you want to collab or license anything, let’s talk.


5. Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe things accurately. Colors may appear different depending on your screen.
Some items may be made from different blanks depending on stock levels—we always match quality or better.


6. Behavioral Conduct

Don't spam, scam, or steal. We reserve the right to block or cancel orders if we detect suspicious behavior, fraud, or violations of our policies.


7. Disclaimers

Otherly Drops is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, global unrest, laundry-based disasters, or reaper interference.
(But seriously, we do our best to get your gear to you quickly and safely.)
